Who we are

ARCO Legal is a SaaS platform designed and operated from Chile by a team with experience in legal tech, compliance and data protection. We help Chilean companies comply with Law 21.719 without rebuilding their operations or depending on spreadsheets, scattered emails or external lawyers for each request.

The platform centralizes the Record of Processing Activities (RAT), ARCO+ request management, consents and traceability for the Personal Data Protection Agency — with an initial setup that takes no more than 10 minutes.

ARCO Legal is developed by 23people, a Chilean software engineering studio specialized in SaaS platforms for regulated markets. 23people has built products for clients in retail, healthcare, fintech, logistics and the public sector over the last several years.
